We use a pasteurization process during brewing which eliminates the need for preservatives. There is no caffeine and we use very little sodium. We will never compromise our tastes for costs and value quality above all else.
The first bottle of Briar’s Birch Beer foamed above the rim of a glass in 1937, and praise for the product has been pouring over ever since.
